The Treatment
After the initial consultation where you and our cosmetic nurse have agreed on what needs to be achieved during the lash lift, a curling rod for lashes is picked out where your lashes will be held with a medical-grade, water-soluble lash lift glue. An activating solution is applied to the lashes to trigger the curling, after which a neutralising solution will seal everything. Your lashes will be rinsed using a saline solution and voila! Say hello to a wide-eyed look! For lash tinting, the process involves applying a semi-permanent tint using a small brush to the base of the lashes. The tint is left for a few minutes before being rinsed off.
The Effects
The effects of the lash lift and tint treatment usually last from 4 to 6 weeks, depending on how quickly your lashes grow. Aftercare treatment will be discussed with you by our registered nurse, outlining everything you need to do for the first 24 to 48 hours to preserve the integrity of the solutions used during the treatment. As treatment is non-surgical, many clients resume their regular activities after the procedure.
